Restorations

The following is included in most restorations:

• Fill in and re-level settled areas (not to exceed 20% of entire paved area)
• Re-set, re-nail, or replace plastic edging (if needed)
• Remove and replace broken or stained bricks ( We carry an assortment of pavers that have been stored for up to 8 years. Even if its the same manufacture, we would never be able to get an exact color match, however, we could randomly insert replacement bricks throughout your paved areas and blend it all in).
• Power wash entire paved areas removing all dirt, grime, moss, weeds, etc.
• Remove up to 50% of sand from between the joints.
• Allow pavement to dry over night.
• Sweep Polymeric Sand in joints as recommended by manufacture.
• Apply a water sealer.
